Refund policy

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your details. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts on two separate days, your order will unfortunately be canceled.

All items are available for immediate purchase and will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order before shipping.

After dispatch, the courier will attempt to contact you up to three times. If there is no response, the order will be returned back to us, and full payment will be required before it can be reshipped.
